Cost is high. Although the product quality is good, it will not serve the purpose for which it is bought. If you keep roties or cooked food inside it keeps the warmth for hardly 15 minutes. The seller is also charging for the delivery cost and the discount given on the MRP is not that much to take care of the additional cost of delivery.
