I just bought the product online confident of the quality from Bergner. BUT SADLY RIGHT FROM FIRST USE THE NONSTICK DOESNT WORK. EVERY FOOD ITEM GETS STUCK N HAVE TO LEAVE WATER IN IT TO LOOSEN FOOD BECAUSE ONE CANNOT SCRUB!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED

I am very seldom make review but this time I would like to let you know about the product.First 5 times use: completely nonstick, satisfiedAfter that, some food got stuck on the surface of the pan every time I used.And now after 3 month usage ( not everyday, maybe once per week as I use the wok more often), it became as sticky as no coating at all. Only some food came off the pan, rest was sticking on the surface. The pan has become completely unusable.The pan still on warranty period, can Bergner change a new one or fix it.....whatever it will work?Before I bought this pan, I had a Tefal pan for more than 10 years and actually still good, I was trying to buy some new pan and obviously Bergner is not a good choice.I take very good care of all our equipment. Had hand washed the pan with soft sponge and good quality of plastic spatula or wooden spoon for cooking.Very disappointed!

The pan is not conducive for frying because the surface is convex. As soon as you pour oil, the oil will go to the outside edge of the pan!The pan is of good build quality. I doubt the ones sold in amazon is reject pieces. We are not happy with the purchase.
