Product is useless,very cheap wood and plastics used, wood material is very delicate that it might break even a very little amount of extra pressure applied when u r removing battery cover. Needles are very cheap it looks like roadside cheapest product. Not a good one to be on the wall for sure. They seriously need to work on the quality and size is very small literally tiny.Battery cover got stuck and I doubt it might break the main clock frame even if u apply little pressure when struggling to remove battery cover.

Looks good but its not a silent clock. Because of the missing seconds hand, the sound might be lower (though i dont feel so) but u can definitely hear a constant ticking.Overall - am happy with the product and it's packaging at this price point.Note : There are people complaining about the size but its clearly mentioned its 10 inches its exactly what I wanted.
