Extremely harmful for teeth and gum. I do not had any usse in my teeth and gum. Since, gel toothpastes are not good for the health of teeth still I bought because it's herbal...Result : After the use of a week only my gum started bleeding and also I'm facing toothache issue now, that I never had before..Be careful it's your teeth once you damage or loose it there is no natural way to get it back.Be extra careful before choosing the product your teeth.....For this product a big fat NO.Even I am planning to make a legel complain against this product..On customer Support Sri Sri is ZERO. they don't reply calls and email. Already multiple emails sent..Be careful of this bloody cheap product.
