Peri Peri seasoning mix is made from crushed hot chili peppers lemon juice and garlic and loads of other ingredients. Use it in glazes for barbecuing carrots zucchini or add it to your panko crumbs to fry. It makes a delicious seasoning for pilaf added to rice along with the stock or season roast potatoes or steamed vegetables like sweetcorn broccoli. Adds fiery heat with this African inspired seasoning. MOLHO DE PERI-PERI (a Portugese hot pepper sauce): Combine 1/4 cup of our Peri Peri to 1/2 1 cup of olive oil (depending on how thick you like your sauce).
