I have purchased twice this product & I am satisfied with it. I thought its holy basil seeds but I think they are basil seeds of the Italian basil herb. The seeds have a very distinct kind of aroma and taste which is quite good and the seeds puff when soaked or added to water/milk etc. I add them in desserts, kheer, shakes/smoothies, in curd etc. It had fresh, airtight packing and arrived well packed on time.Edit:- After 2 months of consuming them, I noticed lots of very very tiny distinct white colored fly like insects developed on its own. The jar I kept the basil seeds in was absolutely clean with no moisture. So, it is recommended to keep all your seeds be it Chia, basil, pumpkin, sunflower, watermelon or whatever in an airtight jar in fridge. ????

Good to buy, same product in my previous purchases I had seen some black rocks inside it, every time I should be looking and taking away from and take the sabja.., but in this purchase they have updated and I did not see any black rocks it's a pure Sabja.Thanks
