Really like that. The granules are not so hard (compared to products from competitors) and very tasty. For me it is just a must to have this kind of garlic with me on travels (whatever noodle soup or bigger dishes I prepare, I can easily add it), and it is very convenient to use it at home when I forgot to stock up fresh garlic. Gives also very fast and good snacks - ever tried simple bread butter (or buttery toast) with garlic granules?

It has a very pungent smell (the ones that comes from brown/rotting garlics), did not expect this from urban platter. The smell is so strong that it over shadows other spices (tried with dal, and soup, couldn't even eat).So, if you are someone who likes their garlic stronger smelling, then this is for you.

Let me tell you why I am giving three stars instead of 5. No doubt that the granules taste amazing but its cost is far far more than MRP. I mean I bought it for 195/- but when I checked it's back side it's original cost was written 100/- which is quite affordable. Shame on the sellers for pricing it so damn high.
