Nothing special. Just over powering cinnamon powder and little of sichuan pepper taste. You can get cheap outside any indian spice shop, i bought it for restaurant. As per indian taste, customers didnt like it. We didnt like it. No one liked it.

I recently bought this five spice mix for some Chinese recipes and was thoroughly disappointed by the aroma and taste this powder leaves. Believe me when I say that it lacks the correct proportion of the spice blends. THIS POWDER WILL NOT BRING THE AUTHENTIC TASTE OF CHINESE FIVE SPICE BLEND. If not using for Chinese Dishes then it can be used like a garam masala other than that I didn't find any usefulness of this product. I have scoured through many other products and reviews didn't seem good except for this one and this product also left me disappointed.

It is the worst powder of any kind I have ever used. Too much cinnamon.But it might not be to do with Urban Platter but withtl the Indian palate for this powder
