Never buy things which are consumable from this platform. Always prefer physical purchase. This is my second or third time in which buying a etable item is received in damaged packing state. When you submit a complaint and refund request they would just show their useless policies and would never provide a compensation or a refund. Think twice before buying any eatable items from this platform.

Please do not waste your money on this product. The quality is bad. The cashew nuts are soft and not crunchy as they should have been. I tried to explain this to Silkrute but they told me to sort it out with the manufacturer. I do not think I would be wasting my time doin so. But I would like to warn others about the quality of this product.

Pros:Very good quality with respect to taste, flavor and freshness.Cons:Lack of vacuum packing and inappropriate packaging (lack of air cushioning and too large box) resulted in receiving about 25% broken cashews.Awarding four stars in the hope that from now on the cons will be taken care of so that I award five stars.
