I don't understand why Urban Platter doesn't use better packaging for something so sensitive to moisture as lecithin powder. What I ended up receiving was a jar full of barely recognisable and entirely unusable brown jelly-like substance. A sheer waste of my money. The experience has served to put me off Urban Platter products for life.
