A quality product, with good oats and no dust or dirt whatsoever. The oats taste great and keep you full for a long time, thus can be good for weight loss when eaten instead of unhealthy snacks and combined with a workout. Good source of soluble fibre and bio available vegan protein.Silkrute delivery was a bit delayed though.

I love True Elements' products, especially the muesli (I like the one with cranberries and blueberries). Unlike mueslis from other brands, theirs does not get clumped after opening the packet; looks, feels and tastes fresh to the very last grain. The only thing I'd like to mention is, the packaging is still being done in a plastic container (for the muesli). The packet for the oats isn't completely free of plastic either. I'd like it better if the packaging is changed to something more environment-friendly.
